Katie White

Katie White joined the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Academic Programs team in January 2023 as the Director of Student Development and Engagement. Katie oversees all of our student-focused events and opportunities. These events include our college’s career fairs, CALSFest, Dean’s Scholars program, and senior awards celebration. In addition, Katie assists with our college’s First Year Experience courses, transitional advising, and university-wide collaborations.

Previously, she served as the undergraduate academic advisor in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics. Katie is a two-time Virginia Tech CALS graduate and enjoys providing excellent support to our students.
