The purpose of the Agricultural Productivity Enhancement & Communicating Science Project in Kenya (APECS) is to understand agricultural researchers’ communicating science perspectives, and how science communication dynamics influence translating science to policy and agricultural technology adoption. The project uses experiential learning related to agricultural productivity growth to share lessons and perspectives between Kenya and the United States. The goal is to enhance culture for communicating science and practice in Kenya as a response to emerging science communication needs.
