Bailee Reed

Bailee Reed has several years of experience in human resources and administrative support within higher education and staffing.

Bailee joined Virginia Tech in September 2023 as an Administrative and Operations Assistant, supporting office operations, academic integrity, and student services. In September 2024, she transitioned to her current role as an HR Transactions Assistant for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the Family Nutrition Program within Virginia Cooperative Extension, where she supports recruitment, personnel actions, position classification, compliance, and performance management.

 She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Data Analysis with a concentration in Human Resources from Liberty University.

 Prior to joining Virginia Tech, Bailee worked as a Staff Recruiter at Elwood Staffing, where she managed full-cycle recruiting, pre-employment testing, payroll processing, and collaborated with management to meet hiring needs.

 Bailee is committed to continuous learning and professional growth. When she is not at work, you will find her spending time with her fiancé and their dog, Koe.
