Dr. Dixie Watts Dalton is the concentration chair for the OMALS Agribusiness concentration, a role she accepted in the fall of 2021. She has taught the OMALS agribusiness marketing course for nearly 15 years, and she developed the strategic agribusiness management and food and ag policy courses for the agribusiness concentration, which she shepherded through the approval process in 2021-2022. Her professional interest areas are agribusiness marketing, agritourism, and agribusiness youth education.
