Allison Stipcak

Allison Stipcak joined Virginia Tech's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) Advancement team in 2026 and serves as the Executive Assistant to the Assistant Dean for Advancement, Celeste Derey Brogdon. In this role, she provides executive-level administrative support and helps advance the college's fundraising and donor engagement efforts through coordination of meetings and events, management of communications, support of strategic initiatives, and stewardship of relationships with alumni, donors, and university partners.

Prior to joining CALS Advancement, Allison served as an Information Technology Support Assistant at Virginia Tech. Her diverse professional background also includes experience in the legal field as a Legal Assistant where she developed expertise in client relations, project coordination, document management, deadline management, and executive support.

Known for her professionalism, relationship-building abilities, Allison brings a thoughtful and service-oriented approach to supporting Virginia Tech's mission and the success of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

Originally from California, Allison recently relocated to Southwest Virginia with her husband and children. Now settled in Christiansburg, they are enjoying becoming part of the Hokie community.
