Learning Objectives
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:
- Describe the elements of culture and how they influence leadership style.
- Deconstruct subtle differenced between diversity and multiculturalism.
- Adapt leadership and communication style to different cultural contexts.
- Deconstruct the cultural influences of one's persona; philosophy and approach to leadership.
