Leadership Studies Concentration

Virginia Tech’s Online Master of Science in Agricultural and Life Sciences (OMALS) offers a 15-credit Leadership Studies concentration focused on developing leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for professionals working across agriculture and related fields.

Coursework emphasizes leadership theory and practice, social responsibility, collaboration, and leadership in diverse and multicultural environments. Students also examine the role of agricultural professionals as leaders and agents of change within organizations and communities.
